为提升研讨会交流水平和质量，研讨会采用招募模拟审稿人的方式进行。即参加研讨会的同学以模拟审稿人的身份对同一篇论文手稿进行评审，并给出评审意见。研讨会当天，将根据同学们提交的评审意见，评选出优秀模拟审稿人5-10人，并颁发奖品。研讨会也十分欢迎没有申请模拟审稿人的同学参加，但不能参与评奖。具体内容如下：

       1. 申请作为模拟审稿人的同学，请在7月12日之前发送邮件到研讨会工作邮箱：15213010002@fudan.edu.cn报名，邮件命名和邮件主题请注明为“姓名+申请模拟审稿人”。工作人员会尽快回复邮件，上传需要评审的论文手稿。

     2. 申请模拟审稿人的同学对同一篇论文手稿进行评审，并以word形式给出评审意见，最后将评审意见发送到研讨会工作邮箱：15213010002@fudan.edu.cn，邮件命名和邮件主题请注明为“姓名+评审意见”。评审时可以参考以下要点：

       （1）Writing: Clear and concise English

       （2）Title: Specific and reflecting the content of the manuscript

       （3）Abstract: Brief and describing the purpose of the work

       （4）Methodology: Full explained and relevant to the study

       （5） Figures: Justified and clear with fonts proportionate to the size of the figure

       （6）Tables: Can they be simplified or condensed? Should any be omitted?

       （7） Discussion: Discussion of the findings relating back to the study aims

      （8） Conclusion: Implications of the results obtained, and their place in a broader research context; not a summary of findings.

       （9） References: Are all previously published sources properly referenced?

       （10）Reviewers: Did the author provide names of reviewers and are they relevant?

       3. 研讨会当天，对比真实审稿人的评审意见和同学的模拟评审意见，评选出优秀模拟审稿人5-10人，并颁发奖品。

       4. 评审意见投递截止时间：2016年7月13日晚22:00。

       5. 研讨会也十分欢迎没有申请模拟审稿人的同学参加，但不能参与评奖。

       6. 研讨会举办时间：2016年7月15日下午14:00点。

       7. 研讨会举办地点：复旦大学先进材料实验室（江湾校区）二楼会议室。
